It’s always a nice email to receive when you have positive feedback from a new customer!
We were approached by Josh at Pressure Test Engineering Services Ltd as they were looking to invest in the first forklift truck within the business and needed advice on the correct machine for the job.
We quickly identified their needs via a telephone call and followed this up with a full site survey before supplying a full written quotation.
We supplied a stand in loan truck to keep the logistics moving whilst the machine went through the full refurbishment stage.
On delivery Josh was so impressed with the level of our refurbishment he thought the machine was new.
